I've led LMS migrations, integrations, and L2/L3 support for SLB through Birlasoft, Adobe through Xpheno, and global enterprise clients across SAP SuccessFactors, SABA, Workday Learning, and Adobe Learning Manager. I build extraction protocols, automate SQL-driven enrollments and compliance mappings, monitor HR data pipelines, and resolve SCORM and middleware issues.

I've migrated more than 100,000 user accounts and learning records, delivered multi-region LMS rollouts supporting over 50,000 employees, and helped maintain award-winning global support operations.
