I am an operations-focused professional with hands-on experience in game operations and hardware maintenance. I have worked as an Operations Intern and Game Master where I managed event flow, resolved in-game issues, and supported a positive player experience.

Previously, I served as an Associate Engineer assisting in diagnosing and repairing laptop hardware and performing software troubleshooting including OS reinstallation and virus removal. I replaced defective components and learned safety procedures under senior supervision.

I bring strengths in customer service, communication, time management, leadership, and computer literacy, alongside foundational front-end development knowledge and certificates in Data Science with Python and Responsive Web Design.
