What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Success Associate in the edu-tech space, responsible for creating a pleasant customer experience through onboarding, learning materials, consultation sessions, and offboarding. I act as a bridge for customers by consolidating feedback into insights that align with company goals.
In my current role, I resolve issues and provide solutions, perform data entry, analyze data, and manage basic administration. I also encourage customers to use the company’s app features/products, build relationships, and support them with a growth mindset—especially to drive renewal success.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Customer Service Officer at PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), where I focused on customer satisfaction, service/product reporting, administration, and monitoring delivery conditions. I also ran an online store as an entrepreneur—selling products through e-commerce, analyzing customer needs, managing data, and innovating by learning what customers want.
