What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional and business owner who delivers fast, accurate support while protecting customer satisfaction. From 2020–2022, I handled all customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing via WhatsApp, Shopee, and Tokopedia, and I maintained high customer satisfaction ratings.
In my internships and roles, I’ve also strengthened my operations and documentation mindset—recording customer data via e-commerce dashboards and managing official land service documents using Microsoft Excel. I enjoy clear communication, informed decision-making for customers, and structured execution, and I bring that same energy into event leadership through IISMA and GenBI.
