I'm open to regional relocation across South India and pan-India travel for opportunities leading commercial operations, retail distribution, channel development, and revenue growth.

At JSW One Platforms, I built greenfield retail operations across 10 districts and two branches, ramping cement volumes to approximately 4,000 MT monthly while supporting Structural Steel and TMT bars.

I onboarded 300+ retail counters onto a digital B2B platform, achieved 75%+ active monthly billing, and enforced a 100% advance cash-and-carry model that eliminated credit exposure.

Previously, I developed steel distribution networks at Colorshine Coated and managed multi-district sales and supply operations at Chettinad Cement. I improved fulfillment cycles, protected margins through payment governance, expanded shelf share, and reduced freight costs.
