I'm looking to lead strategy-led HR transformation where I can shape operating models, digital HR solutions, AI-enabled process improvements, and measurable business value with senior stakeholders.

At Genpact, I lead HR transformation for an Australian bank, delivering a five-year blueprint for $12M in savings across a scope of approximately 250 FTEs. I've delivered $2.6M in deal-term savings, 9% headcount optimization, and an employee CSAT improvement to 85%.

I previously led HR strategy, operating-model, and digital HR work at Accenture for organizations across the Middle East and Asia. My work included designing an HR operating model for 110K+ employees that enabled $42M in savings, defining HR technology stacks, and building talent strategies, job architectures, and skills taxonomies.
