I’m a Database Management, Sales Operations & Talent Sourcing professional, focused on data-driven candidate engagement and GTM enablement for global SaaS & DTC brands. In my current role at Maker, I source and qualify profiles across India, US, and global markets based on ICP, extracting verified contacts for high-impact outreach. I also manage candidate pipelines in ATS with seamless hiring and communication.
