I've delivered end-to-end technical, Data & Analytics, executive, and professional hiring for 15+ years across India, North America, Europe, Singapore, and Latin America.

At Capgemini through Sureminds Solutions, I translated India workforce requirements into hiring plans, partnered with business leaders on role intake and market feasibility, and managed hiring workflows through SAP SuccessFactors.

At Infocepts and through Ztek Consulting's RPO engagement with Genpact, I recruited senior and specialized Data & Analytics professionals across India and international markets, including roles from senior individual contributor through AVP level.
