At IndiaMART, I build payment and calling products that turn funnel analysis into measurable gains. I improved NACH registration success to about 81%, raised card transaction success by about 5% through Juspay integration, and reduced call drops and operating costs.
I own scalable C2C calling architecture handling roughly one crore calls monthly. I shipped a single-leg outbound calling architecture, reduced monthly costs from about INR 6.5L to INR 3.2L, then helped reduce them further to about INR 1.5L through PNS account consolidation.
Before product management, I drove channel growth at WIRON, Tata Steel, generating INR 2 Cr in repeat orders and launching Knotted Fence across dealer networks. I work closely with Engineering, Design, vendors, and business teams to take ideas from rollout to measurable impact.
