I redesigned buyer call journeys across desktop PDP, search, and category pages, doubling call conversion from 34% to 64%. I also improved call-attribution logic by 32%, unlocking 400,000 additional sellable leads each month.
I shipped a Generative AI audit pipeline using the Gemini API, automating 83% of manual work with 95.6% precision and reducing turnaround time from 65 minutes to 6 minutes.
