I'm building PhonePe's zero-to-one Merchant CRM charter: WhatsApp digital bills developed with Meta. The beta is live with around 100 merchants, processing 10,000+ bills at roughly 90% delivery.
I designed the three-party integration across PhonePe, Meta's WhatsApp Business API, and Karix so merchants can retain their existing billing software and checkout flow. I also architected a bill-extraction AI pipeline using layout-specific recipes, fallback handling, and nightly audits to manage inference costs and drift.
At Pincode, I owned post-checkout and fulfillment, reducing order breaches by 11% and WISMO queries by 15%. I improved high-value-user NPS by 8 points through dynamic ETA tracking, breach handling, and automated recovery workflows.
Previously at Indus AppStore, I lifted install conversion from 12.9% to 15.5%, drove a 20% increase in 30-day retention, and launched Intelligent Updates, which powered 25% of app updates. At Airtel, I built an enterprise order-entry platform that cut manual logging time by 75% and helped migrate 3,000 customers from legacy systems.
