I seek a collaborative, fast-paced role in trust & safety or technical support where I can apply scripting and data analysis to improve enforcement, automate workflows, reduce false positives, and grow within clear SLAs.

I am a Trust & Safety analyst with hands-on experience enforcing content policies, detecting high-risk content, and maintaining SLA targets in high-volume environments. I monitor user-generated content and use internal tools and automated systems to escalate threats like hate speech and scams.

Previously I worked as a Tech Support Associate providing first-level technical support across software, hardware, and network issues; I diagnosed system errors, resolved application problems, documented solutions, and created knowledge-base articles to streamline troubleshooting.

I leverage Python, SQL, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jira and spreadsheet tools to automate data processing, integrate APIs, analyze logs, and improve enforcement accuracy. I perform root-cause analysis, collaborate cross-functionally to reduce false positives, and propose scalable policy and process improvements.
