What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my ServiceNow development, CMDB, automation, integration, and reporting experience to Security Operations and Vulnerability Response initiatives.

At Hexaware Technologies, I design and support ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities for the MediaKind project, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB-related workflows. I also develop REST and Integration Hub integrations and Flow Designer automations.

I implemented AI Search features such as Genius Results and synonym dictionaries, and built Virtual Agent catalog flows using topics, topic blocks, and NLU models. Previously, I developed ServiceNow solutions at Sonata and Deloitte, and I’m seeking to apply my development, CMDB, automation, integration, and reporting experience to Security Operations and Vulnerability Response initiatives.
