I am an IT professional with a decade of hands-on experience in systems administration, troubleshooting, and account management, now focused on cybersecurity. I have supported large user bases, managed Active Directory and MFA, and handled incident triage and log review.

At River City Science Academy I progressed from IT Specialist to IT Administrator, providing Tier 1–2 support for 500+ users, imaging and securing workstations, and assisting with antivirus alerts and suspicious activity investigations. I bring practical experience with security tools such as Splunk, Sysmon, and Wireshark, plus scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash.

I hold multiple cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA PenTest+, Blue Team Level 1, AWS Cloud Practitioner) and continue to expand my security skills while seeking roles that let me apply hands-on defensive and investigative capabilities in a collaborative environment.
