What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or build SRE, NOC, and observability operations where I can strengthen monitoring coverage, incident response, cloud migrations, automation, cost optimization, and team capability.

I've led NOC and observability operations at Equiniti India, Operative Media, and Stixis Technologies, building teams, defining runbooks, and improving monitoring coverage for enterprise platforms.

At Equiniti, I transformed NOC operations toward SRE/CRE practices, recruited SRE talent, owned New Relic operations, and implemented monitoring, alerting, AI-enabled reporting, and right-sizing initiatives. I managed P1/P2/P3 incident operations, stakeholder reporting, tool integrations, and cloud migration contributions.

Across AWS, GCP, Azure, New Relic, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty, I've delivered monitoring migrations, platform integrations, cost optimization, and production stability reporting. I also enjoy mentoring teams and creating practical operational standards that help teams respond faster and work with confidence.
