I am a results-driven customer service and supply chain professional with hands-on experience improving sales and operational efficiency. At Foot Locker I created over 2,500 loyalty members, ran market research and competitor analysis, and facilitated 18 training workshops to boost team performance and retention. During an Estée Lauder internship I supported 3+ production lines, delivered six monthly analytical reports identifying bottlenecks, and managed escalations to maintain safety and compliance.
