I'm seeking remote opportunities as a Business Analyst, Data/BI Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst, combining business requirements, SQL, Power BI, ERP, and Power Platform to improve processes, reporting, and automation within cross-functional teams.

Business Analyst with experience across aviation, manufacturing, software, ERP, BI, and process automation. Currently building reporting and automation solutions supporting Cathay Pacific Airways, translating stakeholder requirements into SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Experienced in requirements gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, functional documentation, KPI dashboards, UAT, data validation, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously supported Oracle NetSuite ERP migration and enterprise software QA, working with business and technical teams to improve processes and data quality.
