I am a dedicated and adaptable professional with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and over five years of experience in sales, customer support, and networking assistance. I combine technical troubleshooting skills with strong client relationship management to drive results.

As Head of Sales Support & Services at AL Mumayaz (Etisalat Channel Partner) I worked with international clients across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and streamlined CRM processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction. I was also actively involved in new business development and expanding the client base.

Earlier roles as a Processing Officer and Network Administrator Assistant equipped me with hands-on experience in order processing, documentation, supplier coordination, and network maintenance. I provided hardware and software support to ensure reliable daily IT operations.
