I’m looking for a property operations role where I can own tenant experience, vendor coordination, and accurate lease + AP workflows using AppFolio—improving processes while ensuring compliance, strong occupancy outcomes, and excellent customer satisfaction.

I’m a Property Manager with 10+ years of experience in operations, customer relations, financial administration, and business management. I’ve managed day-to-day operations for multiple commercial properties, ensuring timely resolution of tenant requests, smooth onboarding, and strong occupancy-focused performance.

In my current role (Remote, Richmond Virginia USA), I use AppFolio extensively to run work orders and maintenance coordination, manage accounts payable, tenant accounts, vendor management, invoice processing, and utility payments. I process and reconcile vendor invoices and expenses while coordinating with internal accounting to maintain accurate property records, track outstanding balances, and support financial reporting.

Before property management, I built a strong foundation across distribution, logistics, QA/documentation, and key account work. I’ve used Oracle and SAP for inventory and shipping workflows, audited Bills of Lading and export procedures for compliance, handled ISF creation and container logistics, and supported international trade and client portfolios—always with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
