At Liberty One Real Estate, I managed daily operations for a residential rental portfolio, serving as a main point of contact for tenants, property owners, and the internal team. I used AppFolio and TenantCloud to manage leasing activity.
I handled the leasing process from guest cards and prospective tenant follow-up through signed agreements, and drafted and maintained lease records. I also collected rent, followed up on outstanding balances, and sent tenant notices.
At The Office Gurus (BPO), I launched and supervised a new client line of business that scaled to 175+ employees. I developed operational processes and KPIs, after earlier roles leading sales and customer service teams and supporting U.S. and Canadian clients.
