I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my IT skills in the insurance sector, focusing on client service and compliance.

As a dedicated IT professional, I have honed my skills in customer service and technical support, particularly in high-pressure environments such as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. My experience includes delivering IT support to medical staff, where I excelled in translating complex technical issues into understandable terms for non-technical users. This role allowed me to maintain compliance standards through meticulous log management in ITSM systems.

Currently, I am transitioning into the Property & Casualty insurance field, armed with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and client service. I hold an Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License, which I obtained after passing the exam in June 2025. My recent role as an AI Data Trainer at xAI further enhanced my communication skills, as I created documentation and trained annotators while ensuring data standards were met across diverse teams.
