I’m looking to lead end-to-end digital health product and implementation initiatives—partnering with stakeholders, managing agile teams, and delivering measurable workflow and governance improvements in public or mission-driven healthcare environments.

I’m a Project and Product Manager with 5+ years of experience leading digital transformation, software implementation, and healthcare innovation initiatives. I coordinate cross-functional teams and translate stakeholder needs into working digital products that improve how healthcare organizations operate.

In my current role, I lead the product strategy and end-to-end implementation of SAPIENS, a digital management platform for healthcare professionals, innovation programs, scholarships, and institutional processes across the Espírito Santo State Health Department. I own the product lifecycle—turning business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing the backlog, coordinating development, validating features, and leading organizational adoption—while redesigning administrative workflows to replace fragmented manual operations with standardized digital processes.

I also drive integrations with statewide digital infrastructure and lead implementation activities with institutional stakeholders, including requirement gathering, business process mapping, user validation, change management, training, and deployment planning. Previously, I supported administrative operations for strategic health agreements, led health technology assessment work, and contributed to public-sector innovation programs—building a strong track record of governance, stakeholder management, and measurable operational improvements in public healthcare environments.
