I’m looking to lead high-impact, end-to-end enterprise IT and digital transformation programs—building PMO structure, partnering with executives, and delivering in regulated environments using Agile/Scrum and clear roadmaps.

I’m a Senior IT and Global Enterprise Program Leader, trusted to turn ambiguity into structure and accelerate delivery in highly regulated environments. I’ve led complex, multi-year digital, data, and transformation programs across Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing, with budgets ranging from $5M to $50M+ and globally distributed workstreams across North America, Europe, and India.

At Voya Financial, I lead large-scale software development integrations with Workday and ADP, including a first-ever integration portal, and I directed cybersecurity governance for enterprise data, infrastructure, and application transfers. Previously, I built an enterprise PMO at SKYGEN USA (47 initiatives, $50M+ revenue impact), designed net-new SaaS delivery models adopted enterprise-wide, and mentored a team of twelve; earlier, at Humana I delivered a $1B+ enterprise renewals program and reduced operational errors by 97% in the first year.
