I've managed enterprise portfolios and global application delivery at Sentara, FedEx, and Ernst & Young, overseeing budgets, roadmaps, reporting, governance, and cross-functional delivery teams.

At EY, I led phased migrations two weeks ahead of schedule and 7% under budget, automated Azure DevOps deployments, and containerized legacy .NET applications with Docker to improve deployment efficiency by 60%. I also supported global CRM, ERM, SaaS, and Azure migration programs while managing vendors, contracts, and portfolio financials.

I've delivered multi-million-dollar implementations across financial services, insurance, payments, healthcare, and transportation, including a $77M Guidewire initiative and a $6.2M enterprise notification system.
