What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my communication skills in high-pressure situations while contributing to public safety and community service.

I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana Monroe, set to graduate in December 2024. My journey in the field began with an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Bossier Parish Community College, where I developed a solid foundation in the principles of law enforcement and public safety.

Currently, I serve as a Communication Deputy/911 Dispatcher at the Caddo Parish Sheriff Department, where I handle emergency calls and dispatch necessary services. My role requires me to remain calm under pressure, assess situations quickly, and communicate effectively with both the public and emergency responders. My previous experience with the Field Activity Support Team at Tractor Supply honed my customer service skills and ability to work efficiently in diverse environments.
