I seek a role in emergency communications or public safety where I can apply crisis triage, dispatch expertise, and team coaching to support operational excellence and community safety.

I am a composed emergency communications specialist with hands-on experience as a 911 Dispatcher and a background in customer service and team leadership. I excel at multitasking in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, providing life-saving instructions, triaging calls, and dispatching police, fire, medical, and search-and-rescue units using CAD systems.

I bring strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence, having coached and mentored staff, supported retail and food-service operations, and contributed as a collegiate athlete and assistant coach.
