I seek a mission-driven role using emergency dispatch, patient-access, and communication skills in a collaborative team with clear protocols and growth opportunities.

I am an experienced public-safety and administrative professional with hands-on experience as an E911 dispatcher, patient access representative, correctional officer, secretary, and manager. I handle high-pressure situations, multi-line communications, administrative workflows, and I am proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.

I received an Exceptional Service Award in April 2023 for listening and communication skills that saved lives, reflecting my calm under pressure and commitment to safety.
