What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use structured assessments, confidential case documentation, and de-escalation to support clients and families. I want a fast-paced team environment that values clear communication, safety, and thoughtful care.

I bring a Psychology foundation (BS Psychology – University of Louisville – 2025) and a track record of helping clients and families in real time through structured interviews, assessments, and careful follow-through. In my most recent role as a KVC Family Care Coordinator, I evaluated client needs, maintained detailed case documentation, and kept strict confidentiality even under pressure.

I’m especially effective in high-stress situations: I resolved conflict and de-escalated when it mattered most. I’ve also supported similar work as an Assessment and Support Specialist, managing detailed case documentation while conducting structured interviews and assessments and stepping in to calm and stabilize dynamics.

Beyond clinical coordination, I’ve built strong people skills across settings—working with clients in high-volume environments, supporting children in therapeutic and developmental playgroup settings, and teaching infants through age-appropriate routines (6 weeks–6 months).
