Faith Robertson

I am a motivated psychology graduate with over nine years of hands-on experience supporting children and families in educational and behavioral settings. My background centers on child development, positive behavior support, and clear, empathetic communication that builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

I have direct experience leading and supervising structured learning and recreational activities for school-age children, maintaining safe and organized environments, and partnering with parents to encourage positive behavior. I also coordinated household operations and managed developmental needs during an extended period as a stay-at-home parent, which strengthened my organizational and program management skills.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and am completing a Master’s degree in General Psychology, with a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis in progress. These credentials complement my practical experience and provide a strong foundation in evidence-based behavioral strategies.
