What I'm looking for

I'm looking for hands-on marketing operations work where I can solve complex technical problems, build scalable systems, automate legacy processes, partner cross-functionally, and lead or mentor a team.

I'm currently a Marketing Operations Manager at Sprout Social, where I solve technical triage problems, collaborate on creative campaigns, and develop strategies to streamline and automate legacy work.

Previously, I led Marketing Operations at Aircall and Harness.io, setting go-to-market and demand-generation roadmaps while supporting multi-product teams with scoring, qualification, attribution, routing, and compliance processes.

At Qumulo and InVisionApp, I built campaign operations infrastructure, standardized analytics, custom lifecycle flows, and a core lead-flow engine that supported a freemium product as its organization and database grew 3x. I enjoy mentoring junior teammates and turning hard-earned mistakes into better systems.
