I am a highly motivated Human Resources and People Operations professional with over 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment support, and employee engagement. My journey has equipped me with skills in CV screening, candidate outreach, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). I thrive in fast-paced environments, where I can efficiently manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Currently, I am a Well-being Intern at the United States International University-Africa, where I conduct research on well-being topics and assist in developing programs that enhance employee engagement. My previous role as a PeopleOps Intern at Our Moon Education allowed me to screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage candidate tracking, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. I am passionate about fostering a positive work culture and continuously improving HR processes through data-driven decision-making.
