Quintin Wooten

I’m a behavioral health leader with nearly 10 years of experience in ABA, residential treatment, crisis intervention, developmental disabilities, and team leadership. I supervise staff, implement behavior plans, and help ensure treatment is delivered consistently and effectively.

In my current role as Behavioral Technician Team Leader, I lead and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering ABA services. I assist in behavior intervention planning with the clinical team, train new staff, and monitor treatment implementation while collaborating closely with families, educators, and supervisors.

Across previous positions—including Shelter Aide and Behavior Technician—I provided crisis intervention and de-escalation, maintained documentation, and supported residents and clients through structured care. I’ve also collected behavioral data and supported clients and families while coordinating with case managers.

My background also includes Residential Counselor III and Residential Counselor II/I work at Barry Robinson Center, where I facilitated psychoeducational groups and delivered counseling and behavioral support. I’m driven by clear documentation, evidence-based ABA practices, and strong teamwork that centers safety, dignity, and measurable progress.
