What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership-enabled human services role where I can use FBAs and BSPs to improve outcomes, support staff training and compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—while growing my HR-focused leadership skills.

I’m a dedicated human services professional with experience in behavioral support, mental health services, program coordination, and leadership in healthcare and community-based settings. I conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and adjust interventions based on progress toward treatment goals.

In roles including Behavior Support Specialist and Program Supervisor, I’ve trained staff in behavior management and de-escalation, maintained documentation in regulatory compliance, and coordinated interdisciplinary care. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Human Resource Management Certificate to strengthen leadership and organizational development while continuing to advocate for individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs.
