At Myers assessment therapy services, I follow supervisors’ treatment plans, de-escalate dangerous behavior, and maintain required RBT supervision. I manage 4+ caseloads with varying ages and program demands.
At Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center, I worked as a Center Coordinator and ABA trainer. I created clinic schedules, guided new clients through admissions, and translated treatment information for Spanish-speaking clients; I also trained staff in ABA basics, CPR, and Safety Care.
At LaAmistad, I created a Volunteer and Facilitator handbook and helped expand the program from one in-person location to three. I also organized Excel records, while my experience at Bilingual Therapies included assisting candidates and schools with employment and staffing contracts.
