What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a behavioral health organization where I can apply ABA and crisis intervention leadership, support multidisciplinary teams, train staff and families, and grow with real opportunity and career advancement.

I’m a supervisor with 12 years of experience in behavioral health, specializing in Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) and crisis intervention. I bring a proven track record in managing complex caseloads, developing individualized treatment plans, and training staff to enhance client outcomes.

In my roles, I build and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings and conduct functional behavior assessment to analyze challenging behaviors and current skill sets. I develop crisis support plans and behavior support strategies, including parent training materials to help families implement ABA methodologies at home.

I also support multidisciplinary care by collaborating with stakeholders and other professionals and integrating care across environments such as home, PCP, psychiatrist, speech pathologist, OTC, and school settings. I supervise and evaluate staff (including Registered Behavior Technicians), monitor progress, modify interventions as needed, and ensure fidelity of programming through data review and observational methods like indirect interviewing and A-B-C analysis.
