What I'm looking for

Looking for a remote Operations, Business Operations, MIS/Reporting or Process role where I can streamline workflows, build SOPs and track performance. Open to AI-assisted operations and automation roles. Immediate joiner based in India.

At BearTech Pvt. Ltd., I managed day-to-day business operations, coordinated cross-functional activities, and worked with leadership and internal teams to resolve execution challenges.

I monitored workflows, KPIs, and MIS reports to identify gaps and improve execution processes. I also developed and standardized SOPs, process documentation, operational guidelines, trackers, and reporting systems.

I used AI tools and Microsoft Office for research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization. My postgraduate degree in Economics supports my analytical approach to operational work.
