What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can use technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer feedback to resolve issues, improve user experiences, and support customer success.

At The Owlet Limited, I support customers across phone, email, and chat while assisting with P2P, e-commerce, subscriptions, and product feedback. I work closely with product and development teams to flag issues and help improve the user experience.

I've also supported customers at Union Bank of Nigeria, Access Bank, and Oud Villa Suites, handling inquiries, transactions, guest services, records, and complaint resolution. I bring over four years of customer-facing experience, empathy, technical troubleshooting, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
