At Tech Mahindra supporting GE Vernova, I lead a Sustaining Analytics team managing 250+ analytics across 3,500+ turbines using MATLAB and Python. I oversee production deployments, health checks, job monitoring, data issue resolution, SLA performance, and asset stability.
I've improved team efficiency by transitioning routine monitoring to L1 engineers through clear SOPs, while guiding engineers and coordinating across teams to reduce business impact. I use Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, XL Release, SQL, and log analysis to identify root causes and keep analytics reliable.
Previously, I managed monthly cycles of 1,200+ reports, supported APM tenants and external data connections, and built ASP.NET, MVC, MS-SQL, SSRS reporting tools and dashboards for Chevron. I'm customer-focused, recognized with two Pat on Back awards, customer appreciations, and first place in a 2019 UiPath hackathon.
