I’m looking for a role where I can own SQL/SSRS reporting, drive reliable production support, and partner with stakeholders to deliver validated fixes—while contributing to process maturity using ITIL, ServiceNow, and strong documentation.

I’m an IT professional with over 6 years of experience specializing in SSRS and SQL, supporting applications end-to-end. I’ve worked across consulting, client interfacing, and technical support, with strong expertise in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment sectors.

I lead requirements gathering and streamline delivery by validating system fixes against business needs and confirming successful implementation with end users. I design and modify SSRS reports, support production operations through ServiceNow ticket resolution, troubleshoot data and logic using SQL in Teradata, and manage project and defect tracking with JIRA and HPALM—while also preparing operational and SOX audit reporting.
