I founded Aurivelle, a fashion jewellery brand selling through Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and a WooCommerce website. I built its sourcing, catalog, pricing, advertising, fulfillment, and customer engagement operations, reaching approximately ₹5 lakh in monthly revenue within its early months.

At RESHAWOOD, I led operations, supply chain, and market expansion for India’s first real wood brand. I built the Delhi operations unit, developed D2C and B2B markets, launched reshawood.com, and implemented Zoho CRM for centralized lead and sales pipeline management.

My work spans vendor sourcing, procurement, demand and inventory planning, omnichannel order management, logistics, trade compliance, and digital marketplace growth. I use Uniware, Zoho CRM, marketplace seller platforms, Google Ads, Excel, and AI productivity tools to improve execution.

Earlier, I led timber production and export operations at Faith Lumber and A.K. Lumbers, including FSC certification, Middle East export development, and a sawmill facility setup in Tanzania. I improved timber price realization by 20–25% through semi-finished processing and stronger finishing standards.
