At REBTEL NETWORKS AB, I designed operational thresholds, alerts, and Looker and SQL dashboards to track service KPIs and detect degradation before it reached customers. I use performance reviews and deep-dive analyses across destinations and vendors to inform routing, cost, and quality actions.
I also lead triage of escalated, customer-impacting incidents and own end-to-end interconnection provisioning, from configuration and testing through go-live monitoring. Earlier, I built traffic and revenue forecasts at ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED and established VoIP carrier interconnections at KRYPTOS GLOBAL PTE LTD.
