At Klarna, I designed and ran a merchant optimisation programme across more than 45 enterprise partners, delivering over 400 improvements. I developed the financial impact estimation methodology adopted organisation-wide and owned the improvement lifecycle from identifying gaps through verifying financial outcomes.
I also write and ship code for the programme’s internal dashboard, automate workflow steps, and use SQL and Jupyter to analyse conversion, disputes and cross-border performance. I independently initiated a commercial disputes workstream and use Cursor and Claude workflows to support analysis, quality assurance and code contributions.
In Klarna’s Product & Commercial Analytics team, I designed and analysed A/B tests and examined end-to-end customer journeys to identify friction. I defined and reported customer experience KPIs, and built business cases for merchant acquisition and upsell.
At Quinyx, I delivered product performance and usage KPIs, designed event tracking with front-end engineers, and built self-service dashboards in Superset and Looker. Earlier at Vodafone, I built churn prediction and customer segmentation models; at TEB, I built a customer identification system and contributed to a digital contract approval process.
