I’m a bilingual (Mandarin/English) growth analytics and digital experience professional with 3+ years across APAC & US, combining funnel analysis, KPI governance, experimentation, and UX/CRO optimization to diagnose drop-offs and translate signals into impact/effort roadmaps with owners and timelines.
At WPP Media (formerly GroupM), I’ve delivered strategy-to-execution work across multi-market client programs, owning success metrics, governance cadences, and audit-ready handovers. For example, I led Apple China market workstream delivery with weekly performance governance, NPI readiness (requirements alignment, UAT scripts, pre/post checks, early-life monitoring), and journey-level recommendations—resulting in follower growth (+36%) and conversion rate improvements (+8% and +17% in multi-factor views).
I also built measurable growth enablement for SK-II across 9 markets by establishing monthly reporting using GA4/GSC/Excel → Looker Studio dashboards, designing and reading out A/B tests, and converting results into rollout/iteration recommendations; I conduct experience-led site health reviews (CWV/PageSpeed trends, indexability/redirect reliability, and store-locator journeys) and align cross-functional decisions through executive reporting (MBR/QBR-style communications, decks/FAQs, and evidence packs).
