What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply quantitative analysis, consumer-behaviour research and marketing performance insights to optimise campaigns, uncover growth opportunities and support data-informed decisions.

At Synagie, I analysed e-commerce campaign data for 7+ Shiseido Group beauty brands across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Google Search. Using SQL, Excel and Power BI, I tracked S$17K+ in monthly marketing spend and S$185K+ in monthly GMV, contributing to a 118% month-on-month improvement in affiliate ROI.

I've also improved website traffic, social engagement and organic content performance across PFE Technologies, Advisors Alliance Group and Modern Hippi. My Psychological Science background strengthens how I approach consumer behaviour, audience segmentation, experimentation and data-driven campaign decisions.
