I’m a detail-oriented Customer Service and Operations professional with experience supporting clients through onboarding, account issue resolution, documentation processing, and financial reconciliation in the financial services sector.

I focus on clear communication and empathetic urgency—handling sensitive cases, prioritizing hardship escalations, and guiding clients through appeals by collecting the right documentation to meet policy and compliance requirements.
