At Western Digital, I developed an Employee Offboarding workflow in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Client Scripts, and Glide APIs to automate request routing and user data population.
I also built a background script and notification system to identify stale draft Change Requests and send a three-stage email alert sequence before deletion.
On Notes Drill, I built an AI-powered learning platform that turns PDFs into quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and document-grounded Q&A. I also led a project to decompose a monolithic backend into Flask microservices and automate deployments with GitLab CI/CD.
