I’m a shipping and logistics professional with over 11 years of experience, currently working as a Customer Service Specialist at Dow Chemical International Private Limited. I’m known for initiative, excellent communication, systematic problem analysis, and timely issue resolution across customer orders and shipments.

In my current role, I manage order processing in SAP—creating sales orders, updating order confirmations, monitoring order issues, and ensuring accurate billing. I handle shipping documents, prepare daily order reports, plan shipments based on customer requirements and material availability, coordinate vehicles using Incoterms, and follow up on payments (Holding Certificates, Letters of Credit, Open Accounts).

Previously, I supported import documentation and process execution across global shipping operations, including onboarding/handling of new clients and managing client workflows for cargo receiving, stuffing, and SI/BL processing.
