I’m looking to return to a logistics-focused customer service role where I can own case management, improve customer experience, meet SLAs, and drive process improvements—bringing quick resolution, accurate invoice/process handling, and strong communication.

I’m a Customer Service & Operations professional with 10+ years of experience in logistics at Maersk, handling international import/export queries for Europe (Italy, Greece, Cyprus). I’m skilled in handling international clients and staying focused on customer experience, even during time-sensitive situations.

In my role as a Senior Process Expert, I managed customer interactions through Salesforce (case management & chat support) and delivered quick resolutions that improved customer satisfaction scores. I also worked on SAP FI and S/4HANA for invoice processing, including processing and validating vendor invoices, while maintaining TAT within SLA consistently and earning recognition like a Customer Excellence award.

I bring a continuous improvement mindset, working on customer effort reduction projects and process improvements, and I handled BCP (Business Continuity Plan) during critical situations. Now, after my career break, I’m ready to return to work with full commitment—bringing the same accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership to your customers and operations.
