I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can improve shipping or documentation processes, ensure compliance and accuracy, resolve customer issues, and contribute to service delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

I've supported shipping operations at Maersk Global Service Centre and CMA CGM Global Business Services, managing Belgium import activities, export documentation, Bills of Lading, shipment updates, and customer inquiries.
