What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing operations or customer success role where I can improve service delivery, resolve customer issues, use data and dashboards to guide decisions, and build scalable workflows through cross-functional collaboration.

At ICICI Bank, I served as a key contact for 117 corporate clients, resolving queries and supporting compliant Import, Export, and Trade Finance transactions.

I partnered with Product, Technology, Trade Ops, Credit, and Compliance teams to remove service roadblocks. I also built Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and AS-IS/TO-BE process maps to improve response quality and turnaround time.

I'm building on this client-service foundation through workflow automation projects using n8n, Google Forms, Google Sheets, APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic to capture, prioritize, and route customer requests.
